Checklist to refer to when planning for each class:
- Determine a time keeper and heart keeper
- organize an activity (stretching, vocalizing etc.) if heart keeper is called upon or feels that the session is too heavy or there is something that needs to be addressed.
- Have visuals/multimedia
- Tie in permaculture principles and make clear links/transitions between all classes
- Create an intentional space and close that intentional space
- Question period
- Practical application
